Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a communication-related field or commerce in advertising
• 7 years of experience in corporate communications management with multiple brands or business entities
• Strong understanding of communication and advertising principles and emerging trends
• Knowledge from commercial media practice or a PR/Communications agency
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy communication content, campaigns, and media monitoring
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team development capabilities
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organisational goals, encompassing media relations, PR, social media, and internal communications
• Craft and manage content for press releases, speeches, reports, and digital platforms
• Manage advertising plans and campaigns, collaborating with client departments to set goals, budgets, and specifications
• Engage key stakeholders and maintain positive relationships through tailored communication approaches
• Support planning and execution of communication-related events including product launches and press conferences
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities and risks
• Track communication and advertising budgets and prepare ROI reports
• Lead brainstorming sessions with teams to develop campaign concepts and briefs for service providers
