Job Description

Requirements

• Live within walkable distance of the Kasangati office (this is essential for daily attendance)
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable with data entry, filing, and basic paperwork
• Computer literacy — typing, printing, scanning, and office software (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate professionally
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
• Customer-service orientation when handling clients, partners, and team members

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office and business operations at the Kasangati office
• Record keeping — receipting, filing, and related paperwork
• Data entry and management of nurse profiles in our internal systems
• Support secretarial services as the office expands — typing, printing, scanning and similar tasks
• Ensure the office is operational on a daily basis (open, ready, supplied, and presentable)
• Handle walk-in clients, partners, and team members professionally and courteously
• Liaise with management on operational issues and report regularly on office activities
