Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Knowledge of the Tanzanian business and financial landscape
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Swahili and English
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Understanding of cross-border payments or FX is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Tanzania market
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and SME clients
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and negotiations
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build relationships with key business and financial stakeholders
• Report on market activity and growth metrics
