Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in steel, building materials, or industrial products
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Valid Ugandan driving licence and willingness to travel up-country

Responsibilities

Generate sales of steel products by prospecting, visiting, and developing relationships with hardware dealers, contractors, and project clients
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and product-mix objectives
Provide technical product advice, prepare quotations, and follow up on enquiries to close orders
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends and report insights to management
Coordinate with the dispatch and credit-control teams to ensure timely delivery and collections
