Sales Director: PSPs and Aggregators

Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
• Minimum 7–10 years in fintech partnerships, payments sales, or strategic account management
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales or partnerships teams
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring, aggregators, and PSP models
• Strong understanding of African payment ecosystems and PSP regulations

Responsibilities

• Own the PSPs & Aggregators sales strategy, driving revenue growth through partnerships and transaction volume expansion
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers and executives
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with founders, CEOs, and product leaders of PSPs and aggregators
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design scalable payment acceptance and routing solutions
• Drive ecosystem analysis, competitive benchmarking, and partner landscape mapping
