Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Graduated within the last 2 years (class of 2024 or 2025)
• Strong technical foundation in engineering principles
• Interest in field-based oil and gas operations
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in remote field locations
• Ugandan national or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Support field engineering activities under supervision of senior engineers
• Participate in well operations including drilling, completion, and workover activities
• Assist in monitoring and optimising field production operations
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support engineering decisions
• Prepare technical reports and field documentation
• Adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and procedures
• Learn and apply engineering best practices in an operational environment
