Requirements

• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Previous telesales experience in a call center or retail/service center preferred
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (Hausa, Ewe, Twi, Ga, Dagbani) required
• Able to constantly operate a computer and record data with proficiency
• Exceptional customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage at least 100 customers daily on the phone to upsell or cross-sell Turaco products
• Explain technical product features and answer potential and existing customer questions
• Register new customers in our database and handle other data entry requests
• Address customer inquiries regarding products and claims submission in a timely manner
• Initiate, investigate, and process claims reported by customers
• Obtain and review claim information to decide on approval and/or settlement
• Detect fraud and deploy mitigation techniques while safeguarding customer dignity
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring customers feel valued
